A well-balanced hot breakfast includes a minimum of two to three sweet pastries, such as coffee cakes, doughnuts, muffins. Other choices on the breakfast menu include english muffins, bagels, toast selection, including whole wheat; a minimum of two fresh fruit options; individual yogurt; Minimum of three dry cereals; rolled oatmeal; Coffee, tea; hot cocoa; apple, orange and grapefruit juice; 2%, skim and chocolate milk.
Hot items include a choice of one hot egg entrée; one hot meat selection, such as a sausage and bacon; waffles and biscuits.
